Are you an organized and efficient individual looking for a new challenge? PP Associates Ltd is currently recruiting for a primary school office manager to support the running of the office and reception areas of a primary school in North Liverpool.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting visitors, completing attendance registers, and managing parent pay using SIMS finance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school environment, knowledge of SIMS, and an enhanced DBS on the update service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the smooth running of the school office and reception areas
  • Handling phone calls and greeting visitors
  • Completing attendance registers
  • Managing parent pay using SIMS finance

The hourly rate for this position is £13.00 to £15.00 per hour, working 8:15-3:30, Monday-Friday.
