Our Team

We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Tendering Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in our project lifecycle, assisting the business in creating new tenders, direct sourcing, and working collaboratively with project managers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Preparation and Submission of Tenders: Collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to create competitive and accurate tender proposals.
  • Cost Estimation: Analyze project requirements, evaluate costs, and provide detailed estimates.
  • Technical Understanding: Understand client specifications and translate them into effective technical proposals.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients during the tender process, addressing queries and ensuring clarity.

Requirements

  • Engineering Background: Degree in Electrical or related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in tendering, preferably in automation, however open to other engineering projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automation, particularly Allen Bradley and Siemens industrial control systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze complex requirements and create precise proposals.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to take on new skills and knowledge.
