We are looking for an experienced Inventory Optimization Specialist to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will drive business growth and profitability by optimizing inventory levels across our European & Middle East Wholesale channel.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience in demand planning, buying, or supply chain management, with a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is also required.

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum

About the Role:

  • You will partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Buying, and Account Services) to ensure that inventory investments are aligned with our global strategy and meet customer needs.
  • You will review current and future inventory holdings to minimize excess inventory and maximize sales.
  • You will also lead cross-functional alignment meetings to provide teams with an overview of seasonal buy vs sales plan strategy, ensuring that seasonal plans are aligned with global guidance.
