Thrive at Five is seeking a Philanthropy Strategist to lead the development and implementation of a strategic philanthropy programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with major donors and identifying new funding opportunities.

You will work closely with the Director of Finance to manage the annual budget and monthly forecasts, and collaborate with the Head of Fundraising to develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy. A background knowledge and/or experience of early childhood development is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with major donors
  • Identifying new funding opportunities
  • Collaborating with the Director of Finance to manage the annual budget and monthly forecasts

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
