Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising income from trusts, foundations, and statutory sources to support our strategic priorities. This role requires an experienced fundraising specialist with a solid track record of building relationships with major funders and securing significant gifts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure income from trusts, foundations, and statutory sources
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including major donors, trusts, and foundations
  • Secure significant gifts and pledges to support our strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure effective communication and alignment of fundraising efforts

Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as arts administration or business
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in fundraising, preferably in a higher education or arts setting
  • Proven track record of securing significant gifts and pledges from trusts, foundations, and statutory sources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep appreciation for the arts, education, and creative industries
