Arts and Education Development Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our trusts and foundations fundraising efforts at University of the Arts London. As Philanthropy Director, you will be responsible for maximising income from trusts, foundations, and statutory sources to support our strategic priorities.
You will lead a small team, building on our current strategy and implementing a plan to generate growth in income. You will cultivate and steward relationships with existing and prospective supporters, ensuring compelling propositions and proposals are brought together and reported on.
We're seeking an experienced fundraising specialist with a proven track record and a deep appreciation for the arts, education, and creative industries. You'll have the opportunity to shape transformational fundraising initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders across our colleges to develop new ideas and drive forward our campaign.
Benefits include an estimated salary range of £59,228 - £69,441 per annum, based on a Grade 7 role within UAL, plus excellent benefits.
