This senior role involves developing bespoke cultivation and solicitation plans that effectively utilise senior stakeholders to increase philanthropic gifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative fundraising initiatives to achieve strategic objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with major donors, trusts, and legacy supporters through tailored engagement strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Fundraising and Philanthropy Officer to reach fundraising targets

The ideal candidate will be based in a hybrid environment between Surrey and Berkshire, with a salary of £54,000 per annum. We offer flexible working hours and a commitment to equality of opportunity and diversity.
