Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Philanthropy Strategist to join our senior leadership team and lead our fundraising efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive philanthropy strategy, building strong relationships with donors and partners, and driving sustainable growth in revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a diversified philanthropy strategy to secure significant funding from high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with donors and partners through effective stewardship, communication, and impact reporting.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of diverse fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling materials that drive fundraising activities and donor engagement.
  • Create and deliver a philanthropy and partnerships fundraising strategy aligned with organisational objectives, with realistic but ambitious annual and long-term fundraising targets.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
