About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our relief team as a Relief Nursery Practitioner at Childbase Partnership in Milton Keynes.

Job Description

This 0-hour role offers flexibility, allowing you to contribute towards the on-going success of our company while balancing your personal commitments. As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, you will provide relief cover for team holidays, training, and other staff leave, working with all age groups (0-5 years) across the nursery.

You will be part of a busy team environment, supporting the children's development and education while promoting a positive and nurturing atmosphere. Some shifts will be offered in advance, while others may become available at short notice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Naturally nurturing, caring, and compassionate towards others.
  • Experience in caring for children under five, ideally in a nursery environment, with an interest in child development and how children learn.
  • Positive role model for the children in their care.
  • Ability to contribute within a busy team environment.
Salary

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

  • £11.88-£13.11 if qualified to level 3 or above.
  • £11.83 if qualified to level 2.
  • £11.77 if not early years qualified.
