Job Title: Residential Childcare Tutor / Assessor
Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel
Salary:
Trainee candidates: £26,500 + bonus potential
Qualified candidates: Up to £32,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + bonus potential

Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:
Must hold solid, occupational experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager within a Residential Children's Home.
Experience of delivering staff training would be highly desirable.
Ideally be a qualified and experienced Assessor of Apprenticeships in Children & Young People Families Practitioner / Residential Childcare - though this is not essential, as our client can train you up.
Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
