We are seeking an exceptional Senior Childcare Support Professional to join our team at Independent Community Care Management Limited.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and their families. As a Senior Childcare Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a child with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in childcare, particularly in caring for children with epilepsy and those requiring peg feeding. You will also possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to the child, including administration of medication via peg feed, management of seizures, personal care, and moving and handling.
  • Work closely with the child's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the child and their family, promoting trust and confidence.

What We Offer
