About the Role

The Software Administrator will provide technical support for the day-to-day operation of applications, products, and services within the platforms-core area. This will involve monitoring and maintaining systems, enabling the delivery of applications services with high levels of availability and quality of service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical maintenance of applications, products, and services within the scope of the platform area.

About You

Essential Criteria:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required, along with sustained experience in managing enterprise-level platforms. Strong management skills and well-developed oral and written communication abilities are essential to effectively present policies and procedures to diverse audiences.

Candidates should have experience with database upgrades, migrations, and patching, particularly with Oracle and SQL Server. Familiarity with ITIL environments and formal processes for incident, request, problem, and change management is essential.
