We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Flexibank Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, enabling care to our service users.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing person-centered support plans to promote independence and autonomy.
- Creating engaging activity plans that promote personal growth and development.
- SUPPORTING individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
- FACILITATING effective communication and maintaining detailed, person-centered records.
- OVERSEEING medication processes and supporting individuals in self-administration.
- Maintaining a safe, clean-living environment and adhering to health and safety protocols.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and education services. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and organised, and be able to work proactively and innovatively.
Estimated salary: £24,500 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
