Community Health Liaison Specialist

As a Community Health Liaison Specialist with Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals within the criminal justice system. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum.
About the RoleThis Band 6 post involves working closely with Police Custody Suites, Courts, and Community teams to provide holistic health assessments and risk management plans. You will take responsibility for identifying individuals' needs and providing support to address these issues. Your expertise will be invaluable in promoting self-determination, choice, and autonomy among service users.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people. As a member of our team, you will contribute to robust risk assessments and risk management plans, delivering positive outcomes for service users.
