Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, offering 24 hours per week with flexibility in working hours. This role is based in Chelmsford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the Accounts Assistant.
  • Review project costs to ensure accurate recording and appropriate recharging.
  • Review site costs to ensure all expenses are properly tracked and recharged.
  • Oversee the weekly payment run, working closely with the Managing Director.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Strong financial management experience, ideally within a project-based environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
