About the Role

Thomson LRC is seeking a highly skilled Secretariat Service Manager to join their in-house legal team. This role will be based in Edinburgh, with opportunities for hybrid-working.

As a Secretariat Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality secretariat support to the Board, Council and key committees. This includes preparing agendas, minutes and other documentation, as well as coordinating meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality secretariat support to the Board, Council and key committees.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes and other documentation for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements and catering.


The ideal candidate will have a qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Secretary and prior experience working in a secretariat role. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also essential.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
