About the Role

We are seeking a Welsh speaking customer service advisor to join our team at HGS. As a Welsh speaking customer service advisor, you will play a pivotal role in addressing customer inquiries, delivering accurate information, and guiding callers towards the appropriate resources and support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Welsh, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Guide customers towards the appropriate resources and support services, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent Welsh speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly.
