We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Western Power. As a key member of our procurement and contract management team, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of assigned facilities management and fleet services contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain contract management plans that meet contractual requirements and ensure compliance with Western Power's Contract Lifecycle Management Framework.
- Review and approve contractor plans, including safety, environmental, and quality schedules.
- Monitor and manage contractor performance, including progress, variations, and claims.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in contract management, preferably with experience in facilities management and fleet services. You will have a degree or equivalent in business, law, or commerce, and a contract management qualification. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with contractors and stakeholders.
