Interstate AC Service is a leading FM service provider with a prestigious contract that offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee one of their high-profile accounts.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering total facilities management to our client for 4 sites across the UK. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring opportunities for strategic development of the contract are exploited to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
  • Developing strategies to improve customer service, profitability, and contract efficiency.
  • Ensuring the provision of healthy and safe working conditions.
  • Ensuring the contract is staffed by fully competent teams, with effective succession planning arrangements in place.
  • Overseeing all matters relating to planned/preventative maintenance, remedial, reactive work, projects, and asset data management across the region/portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience of managing a TFM team across a multi-site property portfolio.
  • Managing a multimillion-pound client account.
  • People management experience.
  • Health & Safety Qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH, etc.).
  • Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fabric (desirable).
  • Experience managing budgets/P&L accounts.
