**Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Specialist**

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Merco Medical Staffing Limited. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with GP Partners to provide high-quality patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • **Patient Care:**
    • Perform a range of clinical tasks as prescribed by GP Partners, working autonomously within Patient Group Directions, agreed protocols, and evidence-based practices.
    • Assess patients, develop treatment plans, implement them, and conduct regular reviews to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • **Team Leadership:**
    • Share responsibility for supervising junior nursing staff, delegating duties, and ensuring all team members work within their competencies.
  • **Professional Development:**
    • Opportunities for professional development and career progression within our organization.

**Requirements:**

  • Nursing degree with 6 months relevant experience working in a primary care setting in the last 2 years.
  • Registration with the NMC.
  • Competent in the use of patient record management systems: EMIS / SystmOne.
  • Evidence of immunisation training and assessment of competence in last 2 years.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and support junior staff.
