Food Service Counter Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Counter Assistant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring that all products are presented in a visually appealing way.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a food service or retail environment, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
