Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our shops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our shops.
  • Prepare and serve food to customers, using your excellent relationship building skills to make recommendations and provide a personal experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the food service team to ensure that the shop is running efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Take ownership of your role and proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve the way we work.

Requirements:

  • You must be able to work flexibly, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends.
  • You must be able to work with open food and be self-sufficient.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.
