Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the food service area.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
