Food Service Counter Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Counter Assistant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing high-quality food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present food to the highest standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Contribute to the success of our food service team by actively seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Basic food preparation and presentation skills, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
