Compliance Manager Opportunity at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE in Oxford. As a key member of our risk and compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's compliance with AML/CDD regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AML/CDD Guidance: Provide expert guidance on CDD requirements, SOWs/SOFs, and background checks to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Client Onboarding Software Management: Manage and review incoming reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Matter Inception Processes: Manage client/matter inception processes, respond to queries, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • CDD and CMI Training: Deliver firm-wide CDD and CMI training to ensure all staff are equipped to handle compliance-related tasks.
  • AML and File Opening Risk Assessments: Assist in AML and file opening risk assessments, along with conflicts of interest checks.
  • PEPs and Sanctions: Advise on PEPs and sanctions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Possess a client-focused approach to work, ensuring that client needs are met while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
