**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled Dorset Council ICT Technician Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance across multiple sites.

Salary: £27,711 - £31,586 per annum (Grade 8)

This is a full-time position, offered on a permanent basis, with a planned start date in the near future. You will be working on-site across various schools located throughout Dorset.

A clean driving license and your own transport are essential for travel between sites. We require someone who can provide excellent customer service via our helpdesk as well as in-person support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing technical support and expertise across multiple sites.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
