About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Outcomes First Group as a SEN Teacher and contribute to setting new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.

  • Your responsibilities will include planning, delivering, and teaching individual students or small groups, monitoring and recording student progress, and contributing to the School Development Plan.
  • You will also promote the physical, educational, and moral development of students and devise and review individual education plans, behaviour plans, and other relevant individual plans with staff.
  • In addition, you will coordinate teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting across key stages.

A competitive salary of up to £42,200 per annum, dependent on experience, is available for the right candidate. If you are passionate about working with pupils with complex needs, we encourage you to apply.
