**Job Description: Teacher for Children with Complex Needs**
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate teacher to join our team at Prospero Teaching, supporting children with complex social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils (5-11 years old), able to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
This role involves working closely with the school's SENCO to develop and implement personalized education plans, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
As a SEMH specialist, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment, promoting positive behavior and attitudes towards learning.
