About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our team at a specialist school in Southwark. As a Learning Support Professional, you will be responsible for teaching a mixed class of 8 children in Year 4 and Year 5 with Autism. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop students' skills and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead a team of three Teaching Assistants to provide focused and personalised support
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each child's development
  • Teach a mixed class of 8 children in Year 4 and Year 5 with Autism
The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN Teaching, be compassionate and patient, and have excellent communication skills. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 per annum based on the London location and SEN teaching experience.
