Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at CDE Group. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies

Reception Duties:

  • Ensure all telephone calls are answered in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Screen and direct external calls accordingly, providing guidance or solutions to call queries when possible
  • Welcome visitors to the site in a professional manner
  • Assist with internal communications, such as sending group emails when requested
  • Separate and deliver incoming post, distributing it to relevant departments
  • Manage outgoing post, ensuring it is processed in a timely manner
  • Maintain the visitor book accurately
  • Keep the reception area tidy
  • Provide general administrative support to all areas of the business

Requirements:

  • Relevant receptionist or administrative experience
  • GCSE or equivalent education
  • GCSE grade C or above in Math and English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Enthusiastic and energetic, with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to develop and adapt to new situations
