Job Title: Part Time Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part Time Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Barford Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As a Part Time Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities that promote the development and well-being of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality care and education that meets the needs of children and families.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
