Job Title: Part Time Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part Time Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Barford Day Nursery and Preschool.

As a Part Time Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities that promote the development and well-being of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety, health, and well-being of children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in an early childhood education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
