Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Apprentice in Construction Management. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the construction industry, with a focus on site management.

About the Role

This apprenticeship will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful site manager. You will work closely with our experienced team members, gaining hands-on experience and learning from industry experts.

The role involves working on various construction projects, coordinating site-based activities, and supervising teams of construction workers. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site-based construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
