We are seeking a skilled Construction Management Professional to join our team in Glasgow, working on projects in education and housing across the private and public sector.

This role offers a chance to become a leader in a construction consultancy environment, managing relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues, and traveling to various UK locations.

The successful candidate will participate in our rigorous training program and APC program, which includes training sessions with an external APC coach, coaching in soft skills, and individual face-to-face and telephone support.

  • Bonus payment of £2,500 upon completion of APC
  • Salary reviews twice a year, starting at £30,000 per annum
  • 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 27 after five years with the company
  • Option to 'buy' more annual leave
