We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction management professional to join our team at Clark Contracts Ltd.

Your Role:

  • Responsible for the overall management of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, leveraging excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Location: Scotland, with opportunities to work on various projects throughout the country.
