About the RoleWe're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to person-centred care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Responsibilities- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Supporting residents with medication management and administration.
- Monitoring resident's condition and reporting any changes to the nurse or senior care assistant.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 per annum, based on a 37-hour week, plus a range of benefits including free meals, uniform, and access to discounted gym memberships.
