Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Mon Sheong Foundation.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' behavior, mood, or physical condition.
- Implement infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Secondary School Diploma and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certificates.
- One year of experience in a long-term care facility.
- Medical certificate of good physical and mental health.
