We are seeking a highly organised and capable Account Manager with a background in logistics to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts, managing the operational contacts with customers, building relationships, and understanding their needs and requirements. You will provide sustainable logistics solutions on export and import enquiries, linking with commerce to create chemistry with customers. This role would suit someone who is keen to progress, has strong numeracy and literacy skills, and is able to work in an agile environment with a great work-life balance. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  2. Providing guidance and information to create optimal supply chain solutions
  3. Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
  4. Responsible for the operational contacts with the customer
