Business Development Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Fujifilm Corporation team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for directing and managing the sales team, achieving growth in the Packaging business, and evaluating the current performance of the Packaging business to identify new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage the sales team to achieve growth in the Packaging business
Evaluate the current performance of the Packaging business and identify new opportunities for growth
Develop strategies and market positions to support the growth of the Packaging business
Analyze project performance and company impact to drive insights and improve sales performance
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the Flexographic and/or Packaging industry
5+ years of people management experience
Extensive knowledge of current and past Flexographic and/or Packaging technology and trends in the industry
High interpersonal management skills, able to lead in a team environment
Desired Skills
General knowledge of the Flexographic and/or Packaging industry
General knowledge of flexography, lithography, workflow, color and digital printing
Ability to analyze and communicate product needs and manage product life cycles
Previous experience managing and leading a team
