As a key member of the GB Retail Facility team at WTW, you will play a crucial role in the management of our facility propositions. Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with the team to produce the best outcomes and solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Broking and negotiation of each risk placed into the GB Retail Global Excess Liability facility, acting as the main point of contact for both Insurers and client service teams.
- Ensuring Insurer service level agreements are met and that Insurers honour the parameters of our facility agreement.
- Maintaining ongoing compliance with facility processes.
- Working closely with our Facilities hub to deliver an enhanced service to client service teams.
- Ensuring the facility meets all internal governance requirements and that Insurer services are met.
- Contributing to forthcoming tenders and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies in the facility.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can bring their expertise to this role and contribute to the success of our team.
