Senior Employee Relations Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employee Relations Partner to join our People Team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring that our employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the Employee Relations team, providing strategic guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Design and implement the overall Employee Relations strategy, aligning with The London Clinic's strategic objectives and values.
  • Oversee and provide direct support on complex and high-risk employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
  • Act as a process expert, providing coaching, support, and direction to managers.
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of employment policies and UK employment legislation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure that the best outcome is reached on employment-related issues.
  • Competent with data analysis and interpretation, and using MS Excel.
