Job Title: Senior Employee Relations Partner

At Amazon, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employee Relations Partner to join our HR team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our HR Business Partner team, you will play a critical role in supporting our people managers and employees across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Relations:
    - Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, performance improvement, and grievance processes.
    - Collaborate with people managers to resolve complex employee issues and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
  2. Performance Management:
    - Work with people managers to develop and implement performance management plans, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback and coaching.
  3. Talent Management:
    - Coach and train people managers on talent management and annual compensation planning processes, ensuring that employees receive fair and equitable compensation.
  4. People Development:
    - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of people managers and employees, focusing on areas such as leadership, communication, and conflict resolution.
  5. Organization and Change Management:
    - Support the implementation of organizational changes, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
  • Significant experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Project management and execution skills.
  • Coaching and consulting skills.
