Project Manager - Manufacturing (Mandarin Speaking, £35k, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing)

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Mandarin Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are addressed promptly.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives and that resources are allocated effectively.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret financial data.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
