Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that they do not impact the project's success.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering and manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
