About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page Engineering & Manufacturing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate efforts among suppliers, technical experts, and stakeholders across various project types, including new product development, capital projects, and marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address risks, dependencies, and technical challenges that may impact project delivery.
  • Resource Management: Oversee scheduling and forecasting of hardware, materials, and resources for successful project delivery.
  • Project Governance: Lead project governance to ensure cross-department accountability and consistency in project management processes.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: A relevant degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience in project management, preferably in the FMCG or CPG sectors.
  • Project Management Qualification: A formal project management qualification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in bringing physical consumer products from concept to launch and navigating the product development lifecycle.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and manage shifting priorities.
