Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of an intelligent monitoring system for our datacentre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring that the system meets our stringent requirements and is fully operational within the agreed timeframe.
The project will involve multiple layers of hardware and software, including BMS Headend Server Infrastructure, BMS Head End Supervisor Software, BMS Outstation Panels, and BMS Network Interface Panels. The successful candidate will need to work closely with our operational teams to ensure a smooth integration of the new system and minimal disruption to our live production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- System Design and Installation: Work with our technical teams to design and install the intelligent monitoring system, ensuring that it meets our technical requirements and is fully integrated with our existing infrastructure.
- Testing and Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of the system, ensuring that it is fully operational and meets our quality standards.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain accurate documentation of the system, including user manuals and training materials, to ensure that our operational teams are fully equipped to operate and maintain the system.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure that the system meets our quality and compliance standards, including industry regulations and security protocols.
Requirements:
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of datacentre infrastructure, including BMS systems and network protocols.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
