Autism Support Worker

This role involves working as part of a dedicated team to support students with Autism and complex learning challenges in a well-regarded primary school in Reading. You will be responsible for providing targeted academic and emotional support to enable these students to reach their full potential.

About Our Team:
  • You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • You will provide one-to-one support to students with Autism and complex needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their goals.

Position Details:

Role: SEN Support Worker
Location: Reading
Pay Rate: £83 - £95 per day (based on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Long-term temporary with the potential to become permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Experience: Previous experience with SEN is welcomed but not essential - enthusiasm and a commitment to helping students succeed are key
