Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our gym team, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing gym team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Manage gym operations, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
