Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our gym team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving member satisfaction, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve member engagement
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and promote a culture of excellence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
