Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving member satisfaction, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve member engagement
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and member experience
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our gym remains competitive and innovative
